The town's name is also rooted in the past, changed from Bledsoe's Lick to Castalian Springs in honor of a life-giving spring from Greek lore.

Single-family homes dominate the market. Many lakefront options exist, too, as well as larger farms.
The Lifestyle
The area isn't just for history buffs thanks to its proximity to Old Hickory Lake and Bledsoe Creek State Park. Recreational opportunities abound here, both in designated areas and in your own backyard.
